The newly established building will concentrate the faculty of pharmacy (Chemical Department of Pharmacy and the Department of Technology of Medicines Forms), as well as to ensure rational and sustainable laboratory operation, several health care study directions training laboratories. Such an approach, as well as the actual location of the new building will create all preconditions, not only for expansion of pharmaceutical and health care study directions, but will also allow for a more rational use of existing resources – by concentrating one type of infrastructure (training and science) in one place, thus reducing the costs of maintenance, as well as improving the flow of teachers and students.The total cost of the project is EUR 6243821, from which ERDF co-financing is EUR 5307247.85, State budget funding EUR 936573.15 The planned duration of the project is 62 months, i.e. until 31 December 2022. The project is planned to start in September 2017.
