The aim of the project “Improvement of management and management competencies of Daugavpils University” is to improve the quality of the content of the study programmes of Daugavpils University, to ensure better management of the university, increase of management personnel’s competencies and skills. The project will develop a change management and implementation plan to modernise the offer of study programmes, improve the content of study programmes and ensure its alignment with the development needs of the industry, improve the governance structure of the DU, implement an internal quality management system, e-solutions and improve the competencies of management personnel. The duration of the project is 36 months, the start of project implementation is 1 November 2018, its implementation will be completed on 31 October 2021. The total cost of the project – EUR 1077620.44 As a result of the project Daugavpils University development strategy and results management will be implemented.
