The aim of the project “Development of community-based social service infrastructure in Jelgava” is to create and develop social service infrastructure objects based in Jelgava city and provide them with the necessary equipment.Project planned activities:1.Social-based social service infrastructure development and development in Jelgava: 1.1.Company-based social service infrastructure in the multifunctional centre Zirgu iela 47A;1.2.Development of social services infrastructure in the object Stacijas street 13:1.2.1.Dienacare centre “Support” improvement and expansion of the parking space;1.2.2.Order for the creation of group apartment infrastructure; 1.2.3.Office of the social facilities in the territory of the company; Creation of the parking for persons in Mont.2.4.Procurement of the apartment for the environment. 2.5. Purchase of equipment for the provision of group apartment services in the object Stacijas iela 13;2.6. Purchase of equipment for provision of specialised workshop service in the object Stacijas iela 13;2.7. Purchase of equipment for provision of family environment near the facility at Stacijas street 13; 2.8. Purchase of equipment for adapting the swimming pool to the object of Ghaniba Street 66;2.9.Equipment for provision of a day care centre “At Support” at the site of Stacijas street 13.3. Implementation of the planned activities within the project will facilitate the accessibility of community-based social services for residents of Jelgava city – persons with mental disabilities, children with functional disabilities, children who have been left without parental care. Number of established and/or landscaped places for childcare in a family environment – 27. Number of established and/or improved places for the provision of community-based social services to persons with mental disabilities – 99. The total costs of the project are EUR 4733502.91, including eligible costs – EUR 2733411,91, of which European Regional Development Fund funding is EUR 1908505,35, the state budget funding is EUR 100923,30, the state budget grant to local governments – EUR 81286,59 and the municipal co-financing – EUR 642696.67. The ineligible costs of the project are EUR 2000091.00, which is co-financing by Jelgava City Municipality.The planned activities will be implemented from December 2020 to December 2022.
