The aim of the project is to ensure implementation of publicity measures in the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development (hereinafter-MEPRD) as the responsible institution of the European Union (hereinafter – EU) funds in relation to the specific support objectives of the 2014-2020 planning period (hereinafter-SAM) in the fields of regional development, environmental protection and information and communication technologies (hereinafter – ICT). In order to ensure this communication, in accordance with the timetable for preparation and implementation of SAM under MoEPRD, MoEPRD will provide information preparation for publication on the MoEPRD website and distribution to media, as well as organisation of public events, mainly informative seminars, conference discussion forums to ensure exchange of views and presentation of stakeholders with proposals prepared by MoEPRD, including project selection criteria, conditions for implementation of SDGs or other draft legislative, policy planning and other documents, sectoral contributions in accordance with the territorial needs of MoEPRD, including project selection criteria, conditions for implementation of SAM implementation or other legislative, policy planning and other documents, sectoral contributions in accordance with the spatial needs of the MoEPRD, and the planning of the EU funds in December 2016.The project will be implemented within the framework of the European Fund for 2016 and other legislative, policy planning and other projects. The planned project activities are directly related to the achievement of the project goal, ensuring awareness raising of the target audiences about Cohesion Policy funds. Total cost of the project is planned for MoEPRD as responsible institution in the amount of EUR 330441.
