The aim of the project is to ensure access to learning for HEV students in a modern learning environment through the construction of the Tallinn Tondi Basic School building. The building and the property covered by the project are designed primarily based on the needs of maintenance and maintenance training. As a result of the project, the HEV school building for students in the primary school has been completely solved and has modern learning conditions.
