As a result of the project, the intersection of Ahtri Street – Jõe Street – Lootsi Street up to the Russalka junction will be built 1.93 km new and the 1.41 km Tallinn-Narva road section will be reconstructed, which will create a faster, more comfortable and safer connection from the ports of Tallinn to the main roads of the country through which international traffic and freight transport will take place. The volume of the project will be built and existing pedestrian paths will be reconstructed for a total of 10.5 km and beach promenade will be built.
