Activities necessary for the implementation of the project: 1) Network planning, which includes: a precise description of the existing situation; collecting the wishes and opinions of all interest groups (local authorities, ministries, agencies and communications companies); the selection of the initial network path and the definition of the connection points; develop a suitable technological solution and prepare a starting task to conduct the procurement and start designing. These activities are mainly carried out before the start of each of the following points, but they will continue throughout the project, and the observations made during it will be taken into account in the planning of other and subsequent projects. 2) conduct design and construction procurement in the course of which the best comprehensive solution provider is selected for the establishment of the network in accordance with the starting task and the conditions established by the applicant. The above activities took place between November and December 2014. 3) Exercise geodetic surveys, design, regularise land use, build networks and enter them in the network register, all of which are carried out by the company which has been declared the best bidder in the procurement, either personally or through subcontractors. These activities are carried out by the construction company within the time limit specified in the tender. They are carried out by the construction company in accordance with its internal organisation. 4) Organisation of project management, which means representing the interests of the project owner, i.e. the applicant, and project management by the applicant. 5) Organisation of construction supervision in accordance with the Construction Act, regulations of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications and other legislation. These activities take place at the same time as the activities set out in paragraph 3.
