The project of est-SIDE-11 (Luunja – (Melliste) – Roiu – (Lootvina) – Tõõraste – Visnapuu) completes approximately 55 km of fiber optic communication network. As a result of the project, the quality and availability of communication services in the region will be improved. The broader objective of the project is the implementation of regional policy, which creates better conditions for improving the quality of life in rural areas and for digitalisation.
