In order to improve the functioning of the education sector in Ida-Virumaa, the local authorities of the county, state upper secondary schools, vocational and higher education institutions agree to set the goals of the county’s educational life and joint activities to achieve these objectives. Together, it is easier to address the shortage of support specialists in the field of education, the assessment of the quality of general education, the better marketing of the county’s education, the better link between vocational education and entrepreneurship and the attractiveness of higher education outside the county.
