The aim of the service level monitoring project is to influence the improvement of local service levels through information sharing. The project activities provide an overview of the current content and development of local services through hundreds of criteria. The data and service levels collected during the monitoring of services provide input to central government in the design of sectoral policies (problems), to local authorities in formulating local policies and to increase awareness and demand among residents.
