The aim of the project is to optimise processes and improve efficiency and cost-saving work processes and develop a supporting information system. As a result of the project, the members of the Estonian Association of Performance Institutions will receive an overview of the functioning of their current work processes related to resource management and planning, as well as harmonised descriptions of future processes. There is a need for a new tool, the objectives of this tool and a scope.
