The aim of the project is to prepare the starting task of the information system for the transport of persons with disabilities in order to modernise the organisation of the transport service for disabled people so that it meets the expectations and needs of the social worker, service provider and customer. The system shall be user-friendly, ensuring the operationality of the application, taking into account accessibility principles. People with disabilities must develop a paperless environment to apply for a service and map their mobility needs.
