The pre-analysis project will help to clarify what could be a user-centric, easily accessible and tailored to the needs of the different parties, resulting in more time for caregivers/sisters to do customer work. Preliminary analysis consists of reviewing the current situation processes, compiling a summary of the needs of the parties and describing the processes of the new information system and preparing the starting task, which also sets out the legal bases for collecting personal data.
