The project is necessary for the development of the Estonian Blood Service Information System. The aim of the project is to analyse which information system will satisfy all parties in the chain from donor to recipient, what the implementation plan is and how to ensure the sustainability of the functioning of the information system. In the course of the project, a mapping of the specifications, capabilities and needs of different blood establishments will be carried out and a solution will be provided based on the data obtained.
