Making digital cultural heritage available in Estonia is fragmented. The environments differ both in terms of content and services offered, as well as in the standards used and interoperability. The project will need to clarify whether and in what form a common service or portal is needed to make a digital component available, what services it should provide, what interoperability between the information systems that interfaced, whether existing environments, such as the E-Repository portal, can be used for this purpose.
