Project "Establishment of the Kuressaare Primary Health Centre" the aim is to create the Kuressaarde’s primary health period, which will serve the inhabitants of Saaremaa as a whole, and the second establishment of the ETSC in Leisi town. The ETSC to be established will significantly improve the infrastructure used by Saare County service providers and the access of residents to primary health care services.
