In 2018, the ERDF and the City of Tallinn will co-finance the adaptation of the housing of 50 persons with disabilities. Persons who have been identified as having a degree of disability and have a valid disability decision can apply for the adaptation of the dwelling. The purpose of the adaptation of housing is to improve mobility, kitchen or hygienic procedures, with the result that persons with disabilities and their carers can participate in active life and have access to the labour market.
