The objective of the supported activities is to develop the conditions for the participation of unintegrated permanent residents in Estonian society, including employment, lifelong learning and civil society, in line with the thematic objective of the European Union “Promoting social inclusion and combating poverty and any discrimination” and the priority “Active inclusion, including with a view to promoting equal opportunities and active participation and improving employability”.
