The project develops and expands the home service throughout the municipality of Elva and organises the occasional care service provided outside the home. The welfare services being developed will reduce the burden of care. The project develops support personal services for adults with special needs, increasing their ability to cope. Users of services will be better placed to maintain their jobs or enter the labour market. Care services allow people with care needs to live longer in their homes.
