Project "Developing care services for elderly people with mental health disorders in Võru County" the aim is to improve the ability of older people to cope with mental health disorders in their homes and their relatives to participate in the labour market. To this end, a sustainable cooperation model will be developed between municipalities and service providers in Võru County and integrated services tailored to the specific characteristics of the target group. The project will provide services to at least 100 people.
