Project "EKA LOOVKÄRG – Estonian Centre for Learning and Research on Visual and Spatial Culture" as a result, a modern centre of competence for visual arts will be completed in Tallinn at Kotzebue 1/Põhja pst 7, which serves students, researchers and society at large. With the involvement of stakeholders in many fields, opportunities for more effective and high-quality functioning of learning, further education and research and development activities will be created in areas that shape the cultural space and the living environment.
