Rita’s mission is to support the conduct of applied research based on the needs of the country, the strengthening of the TA capacity of ministries, including the establishment and strengthening of the organisation of sector TA, the expansion of the network of scientific advisors in ministries and support activities (training, policy analysis and monitoring, development of relevant information systems).
