Higher education professional scholarships in smart specialisation growth areas

This Annex to the Order has been drawn up for the implementation of the Estonian Research and Development and Innovation Strategy 2014-2020 “Knowledge Based Estonia” and the Lifelong Learning Strategy 2014-2020 for the implementation of the Higher Education Programme and the Competitiveness Plan “Estonia 2020” in line with the principles of the Strategic Framework for Smart Specialisation.
