The aim of the tourist cluster developing Ida-Viru tourist destination is to become the second largest tourist area in Estonia by bringing new target groups and overnight stays to Estonia. The development is supported by many major tourist developments in the region and logistically very good location. To amplify these factors, this project envisages the coordination and management activities of the tourist cluster, a development programme for service development and marketing activities in Estonia, Finland and Russia.
