The Centre for Employment and Post-Study for Persons with Special Educational Needs (HEV) established at Vana-Vigala Technical and Service School will continue its activities, which is the core of the network, bringing together trainers, students and employers in the field. The project manager monitors HEV’s young person’s abilities and development, advises and guides placements, as well as assists in job search. Seminars, study trips and advice on hiring HEV young people are organised for employers.
