As part of the project, a 1.9 km long and 4 m wide light traffic section connecting local governments and the city of Tallinn will be completed by Paldiski highway, starting from Järvekalda road and ending on Tähetorni Street. The creation of a light-traffic road will create a safer and more convenient way for cyclists to move and more choice to move between agglomerations and districts. The local network of urban and urban roads within urban and urban areas, which is geared towards shorter journeys, will improve.
