The object of the project is the upper part of the Dark Garden Park. The Dark Garden was established in the middle of the 19th century. Since 1959, the Dark Garden Park is protected by nature conservation and heritage conservation. The upper Dark Garden is in poor condition, there is no lighting and other necessary infrastructure. The project is designed to reconstruct the 1.8 ha Upper Dark Garden, which will create an attractive leisure environment for the residents and visitors of the city, where it is safe and convenient to be safe and comfortable, which increases the value and quality of the park.
