The general objective of the Technical Assistance is to develop the necessary technical and economic documentation for the continuation of the local strategy for the development of the water and wastewater sector, in order to achieve the targets assumed by Romania through the Treaty of Accession to the European Union and to ensure the smooth implementation of investments by providing technical assistance from the designer and appropriate supervision.
