Please note that the phase-in request includes the estimated costs and this notification includes the costs resulting from the public procurement process, as the case may be. As regards indicator 2S29 and 2S30, related to compliant SEAU serving agglomerations with more than 10.000 p.e., i.e. between 2,000-10.000 p.e., it should be noted that the total equivalent inhabitants who will benefit from waste water treatment in accordance with the European Directives will be 104,500 l.e. for SEAU Baia Mare, 4.400 l.e. for SEAU Seini, 1000 p.e. for SEAU Sabisa, 8.100 l.e. for SEAU Viseu de Sus, 37.500 l.e. for SEAU Sighetu Marmatiei and 2,000 l.e. for SEAU Cavnic, respectively a total of about 0.76 % of total equivalent inhabitants in Romania (20798547 l.e. at 2014 level – data provided by ANAR) and a total of approximately 1.48 % of the equivalent population still required to be connected to centralised waste water systems at Romanian level (10630137 l.e. at 2014 level – data calculated on the basis of information provided by ANAR). The population that will benefit from the 6 extended/rehabilitation/constructed wastewater treatment plants is 157,500 equivalent inhabitants according to the provisions of the Financing Application. The wastewater treatment plant in Baia Mare will serve Baia Mare, Baia Sprie and Tautii Magheraus (Baita and Bozanta Mare); SEAU Seini will serve only the locality of Seini; SEAU Sabisa will serve only Sabisa; SEAU Viseu de Sus will serve only the locality of Viseu de Sus; SEAU Sighetu Marmatiei will serve only the locality of Sighetu Marmatiei; and SEAU Cavnic will serve only Cavnic. The value of the indicators related to CO18 “additional population benefitting from better water supply” and CO19 “additional population benefitting from better waste water treatment” is presented by reference to the needs of the water and wastewater system in the project area carried out in both phases, d
