The general objective of the project is to develop professional skills for 504 people (managers, entrepreneurs and employees from the human resources departments of enterprises) in Prahova and Arges counties and provide tools, methods and standard practices of human resources management and improved working conditions in order to adapt the activities to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the SNC/SNCDI domains of intelligent specialisation. The project has a significant impact at the level of the South Muntenia Region (Prahova and Arges counties) because it aims to train a significant number of people (504) and to support a large number of SMEs (54) for strategic planning in order to adapt to change and to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential. Given the experience and results achieved so far by the Applicant in the field of professional training and business support, as well as the interest identified among the enterprises and individuals from the 3 target groups in the South Muntenia Region for participation in the project, there are prerequisites for the project to produce lasting effects both in terms of increasing participation in lifelong training/increasing the level of competence of human resources in enterprises, as well as in terms of stimulating and developing the competitiveness of enterprises by accelerating adaptation to change and the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential. The general objective of the project will be achieved through comprehensive, complex and innovative measures that meet the specific needs of the target group, identified in the analysis of the needs of individuals and enterprises: information (including specialised information); development of managerial, entrepreneurial and human resources skills (through professional training courses: Entrepreneurial skills, Process Improvement Manager, Management Coaching, PMP Certification, Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Inspector) and specialised support services (management and business consultancy, respectively in the field of human resources), support for strategic planning, ensuring the implementation of change management principles and mentoring services in business and management, coupled with the continuous adaptation of support measures according to participants’ feedback (sociological research services 1.2), conclusions of monitoring/evaluation of professional training (2.2 and 3.2) and validation obtained from stakeholders (4.2). The project offers a complete set of courses and services that contribute to the development of all the skills and competences needed to ensure high competitiveness of enterprises and adapt to sectors with competitive potential.
