The aim of the project is to increase the number of employees within companies that carry out their main or secondary activity in one of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NSC in the North East region, Bacau, Iasi, Suceava, Botosani, Neamt, Vaslui in order to improve working conditions and adapt the activity to the dynamics of the economic sectors to which they belong by creating and applying a set of tools, methods, practices etc. in response to their specific needs. The purpose of the project is correlated with the specific objective of the call for projects 3.8 which aims to “Enhancing the number of employees benefiting from tools, methods, practices, etc.. standard human resources management and improved working conditions in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS/intelligent specialisation fields according to SNCDI”. The approach proposed in the project, through which 405 employees or entrepreneurs from companies that carry out their main or secondary activity in one of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCS and located in the North East region benefits from: awareness-raising measures regarding the need for continuous training programs, short-term professional training, mini MBA programs, life coaching in career or workshops and conferences on topics of interest in the business field, as well as a strategic planning program, DIRECT CONTRIBUIE TO REALISING THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF THE FINANTING PROGRAMME that aims to increase the number of employees benefiting from tools, methods, practices, etc.. standard human resource management and improved working conditions. Moreover, through the project, special importance is given to the professionalisation of employees so that they contribute to ensuring a more efficient management system and improving working conditions in the companies from which they come from. The activities proposed within the project are a response to the real needs of the target group and of the companies from which they originate, and the needs were highlighted in the analysis carried out by the applicant at the level of North East Region, through focus groups and questionnaires applied among the potential beneficiaries of the project. Moreover, through the applicant’s work experience of over 20 years in the counties of the NE region in the projects previously carried out and the involvement in the field of entrepreneurship, the package of tools, methods, practices and human resources management standards proposed within the project is directly anchored to the reality of the business environment in the North East region.
