Performing companies through competitive human resources

The general objective of the project is to increase the level of professional competence of managers, entrepreneurs and employees in the human resources departments of Romanian companies by using specific tools and methods and adapting businesses to the requirements in the competitive fields of SNC and SNCDI. Through the general and specific objectives, the project contributes to the achievement of the major objective of “POCU 2014-2020”, which aims to develop human resources by increasing access to a quality education and training system, stimulating employment, especially for young people, reducing poverty and social exclusion by facilitating access to social and health services. The project aims at the quality professional training of human capital in contemporary Romanian enterprises and their adaptation and of the organisations in which it operates to the competitive fields defined by SNC and SNCDI. The project also contributes through the interventions it promotes to the achievement of the specific objective AP3 POCU, OT8, OS3.8 Increasing the number of employees benefiting from tools, methods, practices, human resources management standards and improved working conditions in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the SNC/SNCDI domains of intelligent specialisation. The project aims to: — A number of 504 persons participating in vocational training programmes; Development of strategies for 50 SMEs; — Increasing professional performance, as well as improving the entrepreneurial and managerial skills of the participants; Introduction of innovative work organisation models, productive and “green” in enterprises, practices that ensure health and safety at work, which improve the professional and health status of employees, which ensure equal treatment in the workplace, including for the needs of older workers; — Elaboration of a long-term strategic planning in companies, which anticipates changes; Development and implementation of practices for the integration/adaptation of new employees in the workplace; — Facilitating the adaptation of the participants’ activity to the dynamics of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS or to the dynamics of the smart specialisation fields according to SNCDI. The project will generate a positive effect, both at target group level and at local and national level. This project ensures the development of human resources to promote sustainable and quality employment by adapting to change the target group of 504 people (entrepreneurs, managers and employees from human resources departments). The project will generate a positive long-term effect by supporting the employees who benefit from the certification
