The general objective of the project is to improve the adaptability of SMEs with activity both in tourism and ecotourism and in economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNCN and in conjunction with one of the areas of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI in North East Region to current and future market changes by developing the skills of 504 entrepreneurs, managers and employees. According to the National Strategy for Competitiveness 2014-2020, tourism and ecotourism is one of the 10 economic sectors with smart specialisation potential.
