AGROPRACTIK

General objective: Facilitating the transition from education to labour market, by supporting learning at a potential job, of 150 students from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Food Industry and Environmental Protection (SAIAPM), “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, within 16 months. Developing competences specific to the fields of activity agriculture and food industry, through learning activities at a potential job, as well as developing skills to search, access and integrate to a possible job in the employment process contribute to achieving the specific objective of the program and call by increasing the number of participants in learning programs in the workplace, as well as increasing the number of graduates who find a job at the end of the implementation period. At the same time, strengthening partnerships with economic agents in the fields of agriculture and food industry creates frameworks for the continuation of on-the-job training programs after the project implementation period, with positive long-term effects both at student level and at the level of labour market representatives. Through internships and internship programs organised for students from the fourth year of bachelor programs and second year of master programs, from all specialisations within SAIAPM faculty, we create the prerequisites for developing the work experience specific to the field of study for participating students, as well as the prerequisites of facilitating the process of identifying people suitable for the jobs of economic agents of practice partners. Internships and internship programs thus generate positive long-term effects by facilitating work-based learning, as well as accessing jobs in the fields of agriculture and food industry. By participating in counseling and professional guidance activities, the 150 students of the target group will be assisted in developing a career development plan and will develop cross-cutting skills needed to access a job and successfully integrate into the labour market. This activity will generate positive long-term effects by continuing university education as a condition of professional training necessary for integration on the labour market, as well as by facilitating the finding of a job in the fields of activity for which the student has developed competences.
