Multidisciplinary Manager – Key to Success

The general objective of the project/GENERAL OBJECTIVE project objective of the project can be achieved by increasing the number of employees who benefit from training programs 510 people in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential in the CENTRU,VEST,N-V,S-E regions. Through the general objective of the project is aimed at training 510 employees, structured in this way, • Employees with individual employment contract (full norm or partial time), who provides strategic management and takes up management positions (general manager, general manager, executive manager, executive director, deputy director, department manager, project manager, line manager, etc.) – 273 people • Employees with individual work contract (full-time or part time), from human resources departments – 62 persons • Entrepreneurs managing their own businesses – 175 persons according to the target group section of the applicant’s guide specific conditions and the predetermined output indicators section of the MySMIS2014 IT system. The project will support a minimum of 60 SMEs in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NSC/smart specialisation domains according to SNCDI. Each person in the target group is programmed to obtain a national ANC certification and an international certification, as follows: • All 273 managers will be able to follow the training program ANC Manager Innovation • all 175 entrepreneurs will be able to follow the entrepreneurial skills course • all 62 persons recruited from HR departments will be able to follow the training program ANC – Manager HUMANE RESURSE subcontracted. • 84 managers of those who have opted for the ANC Innovation Manager training program will also obtain an international certification in sales • the 62 people in the HR departments will be able to follow an Austrian certification – HRM module • we will organise a contest for the 175 entrepreneurs + 189 managers (who did not participate in the sales certification programme) based on a management or simulation assessment, and depending on the results the first 200 will make Certified Business Manager – CBM, the remaining 164 will only make the Corporate Management module The applicant targets an integrated approach, based on the following complementary components: information and training. The applicant aimed to contribute to the development of the economy at regional and local level by developing a competitive business environment.
