The general objective of this financing request is to empower NGOs and public authorities in order to analyse, evaluate, formulate and promote alternative proposals to public policies initiated by the Government. From this perspective, the target group of the project will be trained to develop its capacity to analyse, correlate and supplement the legislation in force on the functioning of the Community Consultative Structures – CCC (L292/2011, Art. 5. nn)) as support structures in solving the social services needs of the community. In order to achieve the general objective of the project, World Vision Romania Foundation, as the sole beneficiary of this intervention, will undertake specific actions in 16 implementation locations for piloting and validating the model developed in the project, oriented towards: adapting NGOs, optimising processes and preparing human resources for the implementation and implementation of evidence-based public policies, linking strategic planning with adequate budgeting, developing mechanisms/tools for strengthening social and civic dialogue, developing the capacity of social partners and NGOs through training, joint activities, participation and development of local/national/European thematic networks; developing civic responsibility, involving local communities in public life and participating in decision-making processes, promoting equal opportunities and non-discrimination, as well as sustainable development.
