Facilitating and improving the process of insertion into the labour market, developing knowledge and technical skills by developing a program of practice accompanied by training and vocational and professional counselling for 260 students registered in higher technical education and developing at least 10 partnerships with potential employers. Achieving the general objective of the project will generate long-term positive effects both in social and economic terms, by giving added value to all parties involved: target group, Applicant, Partner, Employers. The project will generate long-term effects such as: the higher competences acquired by the target group members will lead to increased value on the labour market, thus facilitating employment; the University will respond better to the demands of the labor market and the curriculum will become more relevant in relation to the needs of the employers; the integration of future generations of graduates on the labour market will be easier, as a result of the increase of the degree of harmonisation between school and the labour market; productivity and efficiency of enterprises that will engage students involved in the project will increase.
