The project targets people from marginalised communities at risk of poverty and social exclusion where there is a population belonging to the Roma minority. The aim of this project is to increase the capacity to achieve sustainable and inclusive local development at the level of the local community of vulnerable groups in these communities. The general objective is to achieve an increase in the degree of social inclusion within the marginalised community targeted by the implementation of the project. At the same time, it will ensure the opportunity to develop the full potential of the individual, regardless of social or ethnic origin, by developing the necessary skills, knowledge and experience and to ensure the prerequisites for full participation in economic, social and cultural life. The project also contributes through the interventions it promotes to the achievement of specific objective 4.1, namely: • Developing capacity, skills, knowledge, self-esteem and social support for members of the marginalised community of Slobozia Bradului, Jud. Vrancea, so as to increase their chances to participate in the social economy and to integrate and stay in the labour market. • Facilitating access to the labour market for the most economically and socially disadvantaged. Supporting socially marginalised people to regain their right to a decent life through education and social assistance programmes.
