The general objective of the project aims to increase life expectancy and combat diseases associated with aging and child mortality by improving the level of competence of medical professionals with integrated strategies and mutidisciplinary competence. The partnership aims at an integrated approach in the project, which is consistent with the fields of the National Health Strategy 2014-2020 and is based on the following complementary components: through continuous professional training with medical credits of specilised staff – through an approach of courses that take into consideration the increase of life expectancy by combating diseases associated with aging and infant mortality and technological innovation in medicine – by developing a social innovation strategy that consists of developing a collaborative mobile application, representing at least 5 % of the project budget, which will integrate the members of the target group with the members of the local community and the other stakeholders – the implementation of the project in the field of public health – by implementing strategies that will reduce the greenhouse gas emissions and increase energy efficiency, through the implementation of the 5 % energy efficient budget, as well as by the implementation of the public health services – by implementing strategies that reduce gas emissions with greenhouse effect and increasing the energy efficiency of the 5th budget, through the development of the courses that take into consideration the increase in life expectancy, by implementing strategies that reduce the emissions of gases with greenhouse effect and increasing energy efficiency, through the development of the courses that take into account the courses that take into account the increase in life expectancy, by implementing strategies that will reduce the greenhouse gas emissions and the increase in energy efficiency, through the 5th budget, the implementation of the minimum budget, but the implementation of the European public health – by implementing strategies that reduce the greenhouse gas emissions and increase the energy efficient budget, through the development of the courses that take into account the increase in life expectancy by combating diseases associated with aging and child mortality and technological innovation in medicine – by developing a social innovation strategy that consists of developing a collaborative mobile application, representing a minimum 5 % of the project budget, which will integrate the members of the target group with the members of the local community and of the other stakeholders-representative ones in the field of public health – by implementing strategies that reduce the gas emissions with greenhouse effect and increase in energy efficiency, through the 5 % energy efficient budgeting, the improvement of the training of the staff in the field of public health – by implementing strategies that reduce the greenhouse gas emissions and the increase of energy efficiency, through the 5 % energy efficient budgeting, the improvement of the training in public health – by implementing strategies that reduce the greenhouse gas emissions and the increase of energy efficient budget, the 5 % energy efficient budget, as well as the improvement of the public health training, by implementing strategies that reduce the greenhouse gas emissions and the increase in energy efficient budget, the 5 % energy efficient budgeting, with the improvement of the most efficient energy budget, through the development of the courses that take into account the increase in life expectancy by combating the diseases associated with the aging and child mortality and technological innovation in medicine. — Increasing the level of social innovation at regional level through the application created in the project, developing new services for local communities – Development of guides, which will support the doctor act in the long term, transparency, non-discrimination and the right to treatment in order to use the results of the project in subsequent activities/projects; The applicant and his partner have set out to contribute to the development and maintenance of specialised hospital resources by increasing the quality and effectiveness of medical services in Arad county by investing in the human resource increasing the level of competence of professionals in the medical system, in line with the priority areas identified in the National Health Strategy (NSS) 2014-2020.
