General objective of the project: Development of technical and transversal skills for 150 students in upper secondary education in St. Petersburg Gheorghe, jud. Covasna, through *organisation of practice programs, by taking advantage of partnerships between the educational environment and employers, by *access to counselling and career guidance services, in order to increase employment opportunities in the fields of mechanical, automotive and electrotechnical processing. Thus, the project subscribes to the Investment Priority 10.iv (POCU 2014-2020), which aims to train and develop professional and transversal skills required on the labour market for students, by optimising the educational offer, by developing practical partnerships and through social partnership. The project has a duration of 24 months and will be implemented at the level of the partnership created between: Chamber OF TRADE AND INDUSTRIE OF COVASNA JUDEȚ (CCI CV as Partner Leader) and KRISTO SRL, ARIADNE IMPEX SRL, ASSOCIATION AUTO SERVICE from SFÂNTU GHEORGHE (ASASF), CULTU TECHNICO-STIINTIFICA “Puskas Tivadar” (as Partners). The partnership created for the implementation of the project guarantees the necessary technical and administrative capacity in the effective conduct of each stage, as well as the institutional and financial sustainability. The expertise at partnership level aims to cover all planned activities and propose an implementation methodology focused on complementarity: *CCI CV has implemented projects with non-reimbursable funding and acts at county level to increase the competitiveness of the business environment and promote entrepreneurship as a self-employment solution and as a viable option for stimulating industrial sectors with potential. *Kristo SRL is an important employer at county level in the field of mechanical processing; has been operating uninterruptedly on the market since 1991; he is a member of the Transylvanian Mechanical Engineering Cluster cluster in the field of mechanical machining and mechanical engineering; annually provides places for students’ practice. *Ariadne IMPEX SRL is an important employer at county level in the field of recycling of reusable materials, metal fabrication and cutting processing; has been in uninterrupted activity since 1994; benefited from grants under POSCCEE 2007-2013 of more than EUR 1 million; is a member of Green Energy; he receives students annually in practice. *The Association of AUTO SERVICEs from SFÂNTU GHEORGHE (ASAF) is the main social partner in the field of car service at local level, bringing together 8 members of the sector, with an activity of more than 5 years. *The Foundation is an NGO that supports education and culture at local level, especially young people from the “Puskas Tivadar” Technological High School, having been active for over 25 years (since 1993) in the community of Mun.
