HRM_Human Resource Management

Increase the adaptability of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs active in economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNC/smart specialisation domains according to SNCDI, in the South-Muntenia region, by providing professional training sessions for managers and employees in human resources departments and providing specialised assistance for the development or revision/adaptation of long-term strategic planning that allows anticipation of changes. The project contributes to the objective of the POCU Programme, Priority Axis 3: Jobs for all; Thematic objective 8: Promoting sustainable and quality jobs and supporting workers’ mobility; Investment Priority 8.v: Adapting workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change by conducting training sessions for 520 people (employees and entrepreneurs), aiming at promoting sustainable and quality employment of the workforce and increasing the number of employees benefiting from tools, methods, standard human resources management practices. The project contributes to the Specific Objective: 3.8.: Increase the number of employees benefiting from standard human resources management tools, methods, practices etc. and improved working conditions in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS/Smart Specialisation Areas according to SNCDI by assisting in the development or revision/adaptation of long-term strategic planning that allows anticipation of changes for a number of 60 enterprises. The objective of the project is also within the objectives of the Applicant, taking into account the policy of ensuring socio-economic development levers from an entrepreneurial perspective, strategic planning and the development of sustainable and sustainable business development strategies, as well as the Applicant’s ability to provide professional training services at the highest quality standards. By conducting training sessions that generate the development of professional skills for a number of 520 people and provide a package of specialised assistance/consultation to 60 interviews with the aim of elaborating or revising/adapting long-term strategic planning, we believe that these measures will have a positive long-term effect, ensuring sustainable and quality employment and increasing the economic competitiveness of enterprises in the South Muntenia region. Within the project will be supported 520 enterprises in the SME category, i.e. the value of indicator 4S17 Enterprises supported, of which: SMEs are 520 enterprises.
