Facilitating the transition from education to the labor market in the field of health – balneofiziokinetotherapy

General objective: Facilitating the transition from education to the labour market with direct effects on increasing the employment rate among health students – balneofiziokinetotherapy, by carrying out integrated learning activities to a potential job, counselling and professional orientation. The general objective of the project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective 6.13 Increasing the number of graduates of tertiary and non-university education who find a job due to access to learning activities to a potential job/research/innovation, focusing on the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI, within the Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020, by developing the working skills of students in transition from education to the labor market and, consequently, improving their insertion on the labour market, by carrying out learning activities to a potential job. The aim of the project is to increase the number of graduates in the field of health – balneofiziokinetotherapy who find a job due to access to learning activities at a potential job. The project’s classification in Priority Axis 6, Investment Priority 10.iv is justified by the fact that the project actions are aimed at facilitating the transition from education to the labour market by adapting education programs and establishing and developing learning systems in the workplace. The general objective and specific objectives are aimed at increasing the number of graduates in the field of health – balneofiziokinetotherapy, who find a job as a result of access to learning activities to a potential job, the project contributing to the attention of the GENERAL OBJECTIVE POCU, which establishes the investment priorities, specific objectives and actions taken by Romania in the field of human resources, thus continuing the investments made through the European Social Fund in the period 2007-2013 and also contributing to the achievement of the general objective of the Partnership Agreement (PA 2014-2020) – implicitly of the European Structural and Investment Funds in Romania, namely, to reduce the disparities in economic and social development between Romania and the Member States of the EU. The general objective and the specific objectives are in line with the general objective POCU 2014-2020 regarding investment in education, training and vocational training in order to acquire skills and lifelong learning, and with the operational objectives specific to PI 10.iv, regarding increasing the relevance on the labor market of education and training systems, facilitating the transition from education to the labour market and strengthening the training and training systems
