Smart – Competitive enterprises by developing Management Strategies with a focus on Adaptability, Quality, Inclusion and Innovation, to improve the organisation of work, the performance of employed human resources, their professional status and skills, including ICT.

Increasing the number of employees of the beneficiary, who will have the possibility to use standard tools, methods, practices etc. of human resources management and will benefit from improved working conditions, in order to adapt the company’s activity to the dynamics of the economic sector of which it belongs, a sector with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS/i.e. field of smart specialisation according to SNCDI. The project will allow the formation of a minimum of 212 people and awareness of the need and benefits of the permanent professional training, associated with the identification of training needs, in the context of which the dynamics of the labour market, generated by retrofitting, increasing competitiveness and customer needs require the adaptation of employees, regardless of the positions they occupy, to new professional requirements, sometimes even professional retraining, and this requires a continuous process of improving knowledge and skills. In achieving the general objective of the project, circumscribed to POCU 3.8 objective, it will be ensured that the horizontal themes on sustainable development are respected; respect for the principle of gender equality, adaptability and non-discrimination; use of ICT and contribute to the development of digital skills. At the same time, the secondary themes – supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy and resource efficiency – will be respected throughout the project activities; social innovation; improving the accessibility, use and quality of information and communication technologies; non-discrimination. The general objective of the project will be operationalised through 4 specific objectives, which will be achieved through the project activities:
