Increasing the quality of life for 556 citizens living in the marginalised community in the Malin district, Codlea, by reducing the number of Roma minority people at risk of poverty and social exclusion In the long term the project will produce positive effects as a result of adapting the activities to both the specifics of the target group and the local specificity and the integrated approach to the needs of its members. The involvement of the target group members in innovative, socio-medical educational activities as well as their support in community organisation activities and legal consultancy will reduce the number of Roma minority people at risk of poverty and social exclusion. An important component will be to equip the members of the target group with the necessary skills both to take up a job and to know, act, develop and be an active member of the society contributing to increase social cohesion and increase the competitiveness of the target group, facilitating their access/employment on the labour market and developing their own businesses.
