Increasing the administrative capacity of the local public authority of the municipality of Codlea, in the basis of decisions, strategic planning and simplification measures for citizens

The general objective of the project is to strengthen the institutional capacity and streamline the activity at the level of the municipality of Codlea, by simplifying administrative procedures and reducing bureaucracy for citizens, implementing measures from the back-office perspective (adaptation of internal working procedures, digitisation of archives) and from a front-office perspective, for the public services provided.
