Increasing employment and entrepreneurial culture in the 7 less developed regions in Romania, by creating and developing non-agricultural start-ups in the urban area, by providing access to information, entrepreneurial training, personalised mentoring and counselling/consultancy services, financing and support in business development of diaspora people (Spain, predominantly/other European countries). By achieving this objective, as well as the specific objectives of the project, it is facilitated, in the long term, in particular, access to the labour market for vulnerable people (inactive persons/individuals), employment development by increasing the number of small entrepreneurs (job creators) in urban areas in less developed regions in Romania, but also generating socio-economic growth in these regions. The project focuses on creating a friendly environment for business and entrepreneurs, for motivating people in the target group to become themselves creators of jobs, incomes, development and social cohesion in Romania. In this way, the project contributes to the objectives of the Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 3 – Jobs for all, Specific Objective 3.7 – Increasing employment by supporting non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area.
