PRACTICE IN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY – PRAC-ICT

The general objective of the project is to increase the employability of students and facilitate their insertion into the labour market through counseling, professional orientation, learning actions at a potential job by organising internships and innovative activities that will lead to the development of practical skills and skills necessary for the labor market. The project is integrated into the objectives of POCU 2014-2020, addressing specific objective 6.13 “Increasing the number of third-tertiary university and non-university education graduates who find a job due to access to learning activities to a potential job/research/innovation, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to NCNS and fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI”. Thus, the project responds to one of the most important needs of the target group, namely to have a job. Through the project actions, all the prerequisites of ensuring the professional insertion of the target group are provided, its members having the opportunity to gain the work experience, to develop their practical capabilities and to adapt to the dynamic requirements of the labor market for the development of a successful professional career. In the long term, the benefits of the target group relate to the development of professional skills, easy insertion into the labour market, easier adaptation to its trends and requirements and ensuring a decent living by eliminating the risk of s
