The proposed project aims to support the development of the identified marginalised communities with a view to reducing the poverty and marginalisation faced by the inhabitants of these areas, while providing support for labour market integration and participation in formal education. The GENERAL objective of the project is to contribute to reducing the number of Roma and non-Roma people at risk of poverty in the identified marginalised areas, through an integrated approach tailored to the needs faced by the inhabitants of these areas on a daily basis. With regard to the project’s contribution to the general objective of POCU PA 4, TO Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any discrimination" (Regulation (EU) No 1304/2013, Article 3(1) a), the proposed project proposes through the established activities the multidimensional approach of the population in marginalised areas in order to ensure its balanced development and create the necessary prerequisites for its exit from the current state. Thus, the project proposes activities aimed at education, provision of social services, integration into the labour market, provision of medical services and, at the same time, health education, regulation of identity and housing documents, improving housing conditions and conducting anti-discrimination campaigns. Combined during the 3 years of implementation, the proposed activities aim to reduce poverty, discrimination and promote social inclusion. Thus, by providing the necessary premises for achieving decent living conditions, the present project aims to accept people from marginalised areas by people from non-marginalised areas and to reduce discrimination, while increasing the standard of living of the population of marginalised areas and reducing the degree of poverty in which they are currently present. Consequently, the actions proposed by this project contribute to the achievement of thematic objective 9, with the objectives converging and aimed at achieving the same results, i.e. supporting marginalised communities. Contribution OF THE PROJECT TO THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF PA 4 – O.S. 4.1 Regarding the specific objective of PA 4, 4.1 Reduce the number of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion in marginalised communities in which there are people belonging to the Roma minority, by implementing integrated measures, the proposed project, by its very objectives, contributes to achieving it. Thus, the project proposes activities such as providing support to adults in finding a job or starting a business (through qualification courses, awarding microgrants) thus aiming to raise the standard of living in the frame
