The general objective of the project aims to contribute to the deinstitutionalisation of 20 adults with disabilities located in the residential institution CRRPH (Center for Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation of Adult Persons with Disabilities/Handicap) in Sighetul Marmatiei, ensuring the improvement of living conditions and increasing chances of social integration by providing long-term services within 2 maximum protected dwellings, a day care center and a support and assistance service. The general objective of the project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of the POCU/462/4/15 programme, the way in which the project will generate a positive effect being the creation of new social services (2 protected dwellings and 1 day center by ASSOC and 1 assistance and support service by DGASPC) that will ensure in the long term the access of people with disabilities to an open and independent living environment. The project includes activities in partnership, ASSOC and DGASPC Maramures, both entities having a rich experience in providing social services in partnership over time. Assoc is a provider of social services addressed to vulnerable groups with experience since 1998, with 4 types of social services: 1 day center for 45 people with disabilities, 1 CRRPH residential center in Carbunari village, county. Maramures, with a number of 14 beneficiaries, a social cafeteria for vulnerable people in Baia Mare and a center for counseling and support for parents and children in Baia Mare. Assoc will obtain the notice of establishment and functioning of social services from ANPD and the operating licenses from the Ministry of Labour and Social Justice during the project implementation period. Assoc in partnership with DGASPC will ensure the sustainability of social services based on the conclusion of contracts for the provision of social services for each type of social service according to the public procurement law (L.98/2016), the cost standard (GD.978/2015 updated) and the monthly expenses approved by the Maramures CJ Decision with a beneficiary in a residential system. The P1 partner’s involvement in the project brings added value, maximising the project results and their quality because DGASPC as representative authority in the field of protection of persons with disabilities is the main responsibility for the reform in the field of deinstitutionalisation and implementation of the national strategy “A society without barriers for people with disabilities” 2016-2020 and the Operational Plan on the implementation of the national strategy, providing assistance and support in the project for making a decision for adults with disabilities. Within the project, ASSOC is involved in the activities of Providing Social Services of Protected Housing, Provision of Social Services of Day Center type, Management Activity and Administrative Activities, and P1 is involved in the activity of Assistance and Support
