Facilitate the transition to the labour market of students and master students from the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca through an integrated approach of specific measures to acquire skills and employment services. The general objective of the project contributes to POCU OS 6.13 “Increasing the number of university and non-university tertiary graduates who find a job as a result of access to learning activities to a potential job/research/innovation, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS and smart specialisation fields according to SNCDI” by facilitating access to employment for USAMV students/masters: indirectly, by creating practical programmes focused on the skills required by employers in the field and by creating a portal to facilitate students access useful internships (measures affecting almost all 6000 students of USAMV); directly, by supporting traineeships for 250 members of the target group and providing employment services to help them in the transition to the labour market; concretely, by ensuring the transition to the labour market of at least 110 members of the target group. Moreover, the study fields of USAMV Cluj fall within the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the CNS (Food and Drink Processing, Energy and Environmental Management, Bioeconomy) and in the fields of smart specialisation according to SNCDI (Bioeconomy, Energy, Environment and Climate Change, Eco-nano-technologies and Advanced Materials and Health). The achievement of the General Objective of the project will generate a positive long-term effect due to the changes it will bring to the practical training internships in USAMV, due to the achievement of a mediation between future employees and potential employers (through the Practice Portal) and the decrease in the number of tertiary education graduates who do not find a job at the end of their studies.
